Rosa Salva Hotel is situated on three floors and is equipped with a lift, making each room easily accessible to people with special needs. The furnishings are classic: the walls are rich with precious fabrics that accompany a clean, essential décor in various wooden essences, with various sized wardrobes that have doors or are walk-in so as to suit each guest’s needs. The pocketed coil spring mattresses with rigid base support guarantee maximum comfort after a long day spent along the little winding streets of this enchanting lagoon city.

The latter two categories are also equipped with extra beds that will ensure the same comfort as the main beds. All the rooms overlook the typical Venetian calli (streets) just a few steps from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, allowing you to savour the very essence of the city.

The apartments are bright and furnished in a modern style. Thanks to the skills of skilled Venetian artisans we were able to create a warm and relaxing environment with fresh and innovative colors.

Deluxe Two Bedrooms Apartment – Annex
The apartment is located on the third and top floor of the building and can be reached by elevator. It has a roof terrace, traditionally called “altana”, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the St. Mark’s Bell Tower, the roofs, balconies, squares and Venetian streets.
The apartment is very bright, has an equipped kitchen and two bedrooms overlooking the garden. The furniture is refined and cared for in every single detail and embellished with fabrics of the highest quality. There are two bathrooms, one in marble attached to a bedroom and the other in Venetian mosaic with shower with rain shower head, waterfall and nebulizers with chromotherapy and bluetooth audio speakers.

How to Reach Us
For those who would like to take a stroll through the picturesque streets of Venice, there is no right or wrong road, just follow the various directions for Rialto.
Once you have crossed the Rialto bridge, turn right at Riva Ferro and continue to vaporetto Rialto “D” stop.
From here, turn into Calle Larga Mazzini and continue along the Calle, then turn right and continue until the end of Merceria del Capitello. After passing the Rio de Bareteri Bridge, walk along Mercerie San Zulian to the Church of San Giuliano. Turn right and continue straight on to Ramo S. Zulian and you will come to Calle Fiubera. Rosa Salva Hotel will be on the right.
In Venice, you cannot drive a car, but there are several pay parking areas in Piazzale Roma where you can leave your car. Hulling heavy luggage around the city is particularly tiresome, given the many bridges dotting Venice. We, therefore, recommend taking the ACTV line 2 vaporetto at the Piazzale Roma (S. Chiara) “F” stop, get off after about 15 minutes at Rialto “D” stop and continue the last 5 minutes on foot.
Train travel is really convenient as the vaporetto stop is right in front of Venice Santa Lucia Station. By taking the ACTV line 2 vaporetto, you can reach the Rialto “D” stop within 10 minutes and then continue on foot.
Those arriving by plane at Venice-Tessera Airport can reach Rosa Salva Hotel two ways:
– by bus, 22 minutes to reach Piazzale Roma with the ATVO VENEZIA EXPRESS line 35, then take the ACTV line 2 vaporetto at Piazzale Roma (S. Chiara) “F” stop, after about 15 minutes to the Rialto “D” stop and continue on foot;
– directly by vaporetto, thanks to the orange ALILAGUNA line, you can reach the Rialto Bridge in about an hour.
